Guilty Plea Entered in East Windsor, Connecticut Rape Case

On July 28, 2015, James Polk entered a guilty plea in Hartford Superior Court to charges of rape, kidnapping and strangulation.  Connecticut Crime Victim Attorney, Tim O’Keefe, represents the rape victim.  He has filed a civil lawsuit in connection with this matter seeking monetary damages.

“My client is extremely thankful for the quick and professional response made by the East Windsor Police Department as well as the EMS professionals.  She also appreciates the hard work by the State’s Attorney’s Office on this matter.  This was a brutal rape.  Mr. Polk is going to prison for a long time and that is exactly where he belongs.”  Tim O’Keefe, Kenny, O’Keefe & Usseglio, P.C., Hartford, CT
