Guilty Plea Entered in East Windsor, Connecticut Rape Case

On July 28, 2015, James Polk entered a guilty plea in Hartford Superior Court to charges of rape, kidnapping and strangulation.  Connecticut Crime Victim Attorney, Tim O’Keefe, represents the rape victim.  He has filed a civil lawsuit in connection with this matter seeking monetary damages.

Lawsuit Filed in Drug/Alcohol Treatment Center Sex Assault Case

Hartford, Connecticut based Crime Victim Attorney, Tim O’Keefe, has announced the filing of a lawsuit against a drug and alcohol treatment facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut.  The case, Doe v.
